Enough Already!

At some point in time certain people need to just go away. Apparently former US President, Jimmy Carter, just can't grasp the concept of retirement. What is worse is that Carter is probably motivated by the Nobel prize that he was awarded. Hmmmmm.........this is the very same Carter that failed miserably at a rescue attempt of hostages..........oh and let's not forget just who was holding those hostages..........Iran. Yeah, I suppose the Iranian regime just loves Carter. Oh........and let's not forget that it has been Jimmy Carter going around and pretending to be overseeing elections in countries such as Venezuela.............yep.......Venezuela. You gotta just know that ole Chavez appreciates Carter's inability to sniff out stink even when he has shit on his shoes.

So now, Jimmy Carter goes over to "negotiate" with well established terror groups such as Hamas in the Holy Land. Great going Jimmy........maybe the morons at the United Nations will ask you to go to the inner city of Baltimore and "negotiate" with some of the "fine" citizenry here who love it when politicians get all warm and fuzzy with the homegrown terrorists that have been raping, robbing, and murdering at such a rate that even Jimmy Carter himself could count on two hands how many people are still alive that actually voted for him as president years ago.

In case anyone has forgotten.....like Carter.......or cannot grasp U.S. policy...............it is that we are NOT supposed to negotiate with terrorists.........and that includes countries that support and defend terrorists. Plain and simple. Now having said that, I am wondering why Carter has not had his passport seized and charges of the highest order levied against him. If any one of us ordinary citizens did any of the stuff that Carter is getting away with, we would be tried and convicted of treason.........which I believe the penalty is death by hanging or firing squad.

Furthermore, it is a sure sign of the end of this world, when it appears that only a few people notice this kind of stuff.

Jimmy, it is time for you to go away.........I hear that they need peanut farmers in Gaza.


Need I say more?..........what could I possibly add to this?..............oh well..........I have to ask the question.............WHEN are Marylanders gonna stand up and tell the politicians "ENOUGH ALREADY!" and vote these morons out of office?

Okay..........so just the other day there were reports of strange objects in the skies over Arizona and Florida. Hmmmm.........as you well know, this is NOT the first time such things have happened. It is about time for people to stand up and demand "Enough Already!". Time to demand that our government be honest about the issue and acknowledge that there may well be powers greater than they are.

If anything......what with all of these mysterious objects in the sky. at least Calypso Louie Farrakhan has yet to see his mothership arrive........hehehe.

Supernurse and I have a song that we both have to admit is "our song". "Two Tickets To Paradise".
Don't get me wrong..........it is a great song and even though it took over twenty-five years for us to actually go and see "paradise", whenever we hear that song......well......I am sure you understand.

Anyway, I heard the song again the other day and wondered about the dude that sang the song.......where has he been?........is he still at it?........what does he look like now after all these years?.........................and while I was watching television, I think I saw him!

Another Piece Of My Mind

I just had to mention this "stuff". I am sure I am not the only person on the planet that has noticed this "stuff".

So here is the "stuff":

1. Maryland should use the following slogan and put it on every sign where people enter the state. "Welcome To Maryland........The Land Of The Structural Deficit". Maryland was once touted as being the Land Of Pleasant Living, however.....we are quickly becoming the Land Of PEASANT Living" thanks to our politicians........lead by the number one moron, Gov. Martin O'Malley.

2. I would bet I can enter into any place where many people are gathered, anywhere in Maryland......except for the state assembly.......and ask "Who here voted for Martin O'Malley?" and I guarantee you that absolutely nobody would raise their hands and admit to being such a fool. Of course though.......alot of folks would not be raising their hands because they don't want to let O'Malley get a hold of their wallets.......hehehe.

3. A short while back, I was waiting at a traffic light and a MTA transit bus pulled up to the corner and dropped a few freedom riders off. I looked at all of the advertising that is plastered all over the sides of the bus.......but I could not read anything that was there. Every ad was in Spanish! The only English to be found was the destination banner in front of the bus. Is this kind of "stuff" supposed to get us all hungry for some tacos or chili? This is our tax dollars at work, eh? Before long, you will need pesos to get on that bus.

4. It is a fact that in Maryland an illegal immigrant can obtain a valid driver's license...........and it is also a fact that I cannot get my vehicle to pass the State Emissions Test because I have a "check engine" light lit up on the dashboard..........let's just say that if they could ignore the dummy light and test the emmissions, I could pass the test.....BUT NO WAY.....not here......that little light is a major block in the process..........meanwhile.....that MTA bus that I mentioned above, was spewing out so much smoke that I had to wait a couple of minutes before I could see if the light had changed. The emissions test is bogus and needs to be done away with.

5. I have never heard an "Air America" radio show, but I understand that it is a hard left liberal venture. I would have no reason to listen to it..............but somehow it keeps making the news. Aside from reports that Air America has had tremendous difficulty getting started.........reports of lack of finances etc etc............extreme lack of ratings..........hmmmm, I wonder why that is?....hehehehe.........I remember hearing about one of their program hosts flat out stating that the President of the US, George Bush, should be "assassinated". There was no outcry.........and no repercussions for the host having said such a thing. So now, that same host spews off a few choice words about a liberal, one Hillary Clinton. She called her a "fu#@*%! who$%!......imagine that! Days later, this moron host announces that she has resigned. Let's see........it's okay to say stuff about republicans or conservatives, but NEVER beat up on the liberals. I guess we know why Air America sucks so bad.

6. The price of blue crabs in Maryland is going up.....as it does every year. This is trickery at its finest. Just a few facts............when you buy a crabcake in a restaurant, the crabmeat used is NOT, for the most part, from Maryland. The infamous Phillips restaurant gets its crabmeat from their own facilities overseas where that bad tsunami hit......it's true....just look at the labels on the canned crab they sell. Also, it is a fact that restaurants do not steam crabs and pick them for the meat in order to make your crab cake.......they buy canned crab meat and that crab meat mostly comes from somewhere other than Maryland. I have yet to go to any grocery store here and find crabmeat containers that say "Maryland" on them. Now one could say "that's because there is a shortage"..........bullhockey. The crabbers know what the real problem is. The problem lies with the State of Maryland and its politicians. The State keeps cutting funds for the preservation of the Chesapeake Bay. There are things that would help enhance the population of crabs here but they just do not want to spend the money on it. Why?

I will tell you why. It is because the State Of Maryland, in particular the money grabber politicians, want us all to have to spend more money on crabs. The more you have to spend, the more you pay taxes. Plain and simple. Also, the less crabs, the less the processing companies can afford to pay non-immigrants. Getting the picture? The best solution for this problem is that the State politicians should have no say in the issue and leave it all up to the crabbers. As long as the State has their dog in the race, the prices will continue to rise and the crab population will continue to be minimalized. How do you explain any kind of shortage? Make more......grow more.....and you have more. Plain and simple.

7. I saw former professional wrestler/former Governor of Minnesota/former resident of the USA...Jesse Ventura....on television the other night. He said "If NONE OF THE ABOVE were on every ballot in the presidential election......NONE OF THE ABOVE would win". I agree. Having said that.........surely you all know full well that the majority does not rule in this country. Why?
Hmmmm......several reasons......one being that the majority of those eligible to vote, do not vote. And then...........you can only vote for those that some smaller group decides you get to choose from. Eventually, all of this nonsense has to implode. Oh........and yes.......Jesse Venture lives in Mexico now..........go figure. Why do you suppose he lives there? Aside from excellent beach views.......his money goes a hell of alot farther there then it does here. More bang for his buck. Nice, eh?

8. You have to wonder about the people that tested Preparation A through G.............nobody ever mentions them.

It's October - Is It Vacation Time Yet?

Is it vacation time yet? Gee Whiz.....How much garbage do we have to be inundated with on a daily basis? Turn on the television, read the newspapers, listen to talk-radio...........you can't miss it............we are being bombarded with ridiculous nonsense.....so bad that I am stunned that Al Gore hasn't declared that it causes global warming!

Here's a piece of my mind.............excuse me........I just have to say a few things that nobody else seems to say.

.......I noticed that anytime an anti-war moron comes forth in the media, they spout off that our "kids" are dying on a daily basis in Iraq. This really pisses me off and it is an insult to every soldier that serves our country. Isn't it odd that if a 19 yr old gets killed in your home town, he is a "man", but if he is killed in Iraq he is a "kid"? This "kid" bullcrap is intended to tug at your heart......it is propaganda. Then again.....these same "kids" have "kids" but nobody ever mentions them.

......It's pretty bad when the cops get new toys and the non-heinous people that are suspected of breaking the law become guinea pigs for big brave, well-trained obese cops. I watched a video of a big fat cop using a taser gun repeatedly on a woman that was probably one-fourth his weight.........wow....I am so impressed. What is up with this crap? I remember having a job as a manager of a very busy lounge full of rednecks in Florida. As with any establishment of this type, you will encounter rowdy drunks that will dot your eyes just for leisure activity.......but I ran this place without ever needing a weapon....imagine that. Where are they getting these fat cops from?.......I cannot explain it. These wussies need to be fired so they can work for some Pakistani at Dunkin' Donuts where he can serve some "real" cops......hehehe. Seriously, the powers that be, ought to rethink their hiring practices and start letting some "less qualified" people do the job. Don't get me wrong here........I just think there are droves of men who have some guts and can handle the job better......but their only problem is that they have a "criminal" record and thus are not "qualified". If you want wussies, give them taser guns. If you want someone that can kick some asses, give others a chance.

......While channel surfing, I noticed that all of the major networks run commercials at the very same time. This kind of thing HAS to be proof that they all work in concert.

.......FoxNews reporter Phil Keating is the MAN! You gotta like a guy that looks like he doesn't give a flip if his hair is messed up (and it always is).

.......and that Jena 6 nonsense....hmmmm....."kids" eh? Since they will most likely let these morons skate, I recommend they send all of the perps to Iraq with no body armor.

.......After watching the most recent Democrat Debate for President, I have come to the conclusion that Joe Biden would probably be who I would vote for if I was to vote. It looks like Biden is at least someone that says what he truly feels...no nonsense. It's a shame he will never beat Hillary.

.......Speaking of Hillary Clinton.....isn't it just such fun to watch this moron hoodwink scores of other morons into swallowing her communist manifesto?.......Huh?.....you didn't notice that eh?......oh yes, how quickly everyone has forgotten about that. Try a Google search to refresh your memory. Type in "Karl Marx Communist Manifesto" and then you shall have refreshed your noggin. Then compare the Marx manifesto with the stuff Hillary wants to impose on you...........you can thank me later.

.......whenever you hear a politician utter the word "comprehensive", start stashing your money away immediately.

........So now Maryland governor Martin O'Malley wants slots machines. When we had a republican governor, O'Malley was against slots.....go figure. What really pisses me off is that O'Malley is trying to hawk slots as an answer for funding education. Got that? Does it sound familiar? The democrats once told us that the "LOTTERY" money would go to the schools......remember? Now, put your thinking caps on and think how great the school system has been since the lottery was initiated...............yep, those democrats believe that you will have forgotten about that and will swallow the O'Malley spiel hook, line and sinker.

.........And while he is at it, O'Malley wants to tax everything in sight. He has his sleeves rolled up and his tie loosened so he can work real hard on this as he takes his plate of bullshit to kitchen tables across the state. I am so impressed when I see politicians with loosened ties and rolled up sleeves.............I just wish they would drop their pants.

.........Have you ever heard Barack Obama actually say anything when he is talking? He sounds good........comes across as educated....intelligent.....crafty.....slick.....literate......concerned.....oops......we should not forget that he is a politician. He doesn't have a chance against Hillary. Let me know if Obama actually says something.

.......The politicians always spew up the following during the election primaries....."The people WANT someone with experience in Washington".......hehehehe. They never polled people like me. On the contrary, most people I know would tell you that we do NOT want the same old, same old, career politicians in office.......just look at all they have NOT done while in office.

........and finally.......Have you seen the latest car dealership ads? You know the ones.....where they claim "You PAY What WE PAY!" and "Employee Pricing". Truth in advertising? Yep! Consider the following.........take a look at the employment section of your local newspaper........look at all of the help wanted ads for car sales people..........car sales are down, so these places are NOT busy......the problem is they have a high turnover rate........the sales people are getting ripped off and they leave. "Employee Pricing" is correct in that the dealership employees probably pay exactly what you would have to pay....no deals. "You Pay What We Pay".....sounds good doesn't it?.....well.........no kidding. Whatever the dealership pays for any car is ALWAYS included in the price what YOU have to pay!.....plus some!

Bogosity To The Second & Third Power

I just got back from a nice trip to North Carolina to attend a family reunion which I will write about soon..........however......no sooner I get home......I am greeted with a bunch of bogosity that I cannot let pass without mentioning it on this blog. Its a shame that some of the great times are immediately followed by such ridiculous bullcrap as these examples of bogosity that I found out about by reading the local newspaper.

I could not help but notice a full page ad on the last page of today's Baltimore Examiner. Generally, you see an ad taking up a full page and nine times out of ten it most likely will be about nothing that you have an interest in. But this time, it's a different story........and one that every person in the State of Maryland ought to be really concerned about. Okay.......maybe I am a bit too optimistic in that regard...........and most likely there are only a few of us citizens that bothered to take notice of the ad. Everyone, at one time or another, has seen furniture store ads in the newspaper......but how often is it that the businesses that sell furniture band together and take up a cause............a cause so big that they coughed up alot of bucks to bring our attention to a serious issue? Well.......they got my attention and I can honestly say that I am a bit pissed about what is about to occur here in Maryland. Each and every Marylander should be extremely ticked off.

While we all are busy living our busy lives, our "elected" politicians are busy too. They are busy conspiring to raise our taxes even higher than they currently are.....and the furniture dealers have made an attempt to try to stop it. Good for them!

The ad states the following:

"The Maryland Legislature is proposing at least a 20% increase in the state sales tax to help reduce the budget shortfall. This regressive tax will put an undue burden on the poor, the working people of Maryland and the retail merchants throughout the state. Please contact the leadership in Annapolis and tell them "NO SALES TAX INCREASE!" "

The ad also says:

"Keep Marylanders buying in Maryland! Say "NO" to the sales tax increase!"

You might ask yourself why the furniture dealers are so upset. Twenty-six furniture businesses are listed as sponsoring the ad. Personally, I have a new-found admiration for each of those furniture dealers. I might even go out and buy a piece of furniture from one of them.

It's a no-brainer, folks! If the politicians go unchecked.....as they usually do.......the men and women who operate these furniture stores are gonna be faced with losing customers. They will lose customers who, instead of taking action against the politicians, will decide to spend their money in another state in search of a better deal. In other words, the State of Maryland is working against these businesses........and more importantly, the State of Maryland is working against its citizens.

This flagrant taxation has got to stop, and it is up to each and every one of us as citizens to stop it in its tracks. The bottom line is.........we need to REMOVE every politician currently in office that votes for any tax increase. These career politicians are living high on the hog and they suffer no circumstances for what they do.....unless, of course, you and I do something about them. I could rant on and on about this, but for today........let's just have this as another appeal for action.

The furniture dealers request, as I do, that we all contact the following career politicians. I will take it a step further...........get everyone you know to make so many calls and so many e-mails to these knuckleheads that they cannot conduct their daily shenanigans. Seriously, we can get their attention and make our dissatisfaction known and demand that they actually act on our behalf for once in their political lives..........and don't say "Oh, it will never work...they won't listen", because I personally know of a certain "Supernurse", who, in a previous career, managed to get hundreds of child-care providers to make life a bit miserable for a particular county councilman until he changed his mind about an issue.

If you are gonna sit on your rump and do nothing, maybe this cartoon will make it a bit more clear as to why you need to step up and take some action..

While I am ticked off, I might as well offer my thoughts regarding Baltimore's Finest.

To add insult to injury, after looking at that full page ad about tax increases, I ran across a report in the Examiner about a dude named John Alexander, 25, from Frederick, MD, who was assaulted by a New York Yankee fan. The assault occurred somewhere between Oriole Park at Camden Yards and Sliders Bar & Grill. The Orioles were playing against the Yankees........uh.......which is always a problem........not in regards to the game itself, but in regards to the Yankee fans who come here in droves for the games.

My own personal experience has been that whenever I happen to attend one of these Orioles vs. Yankees games, there are always a bunch of morons that just so happen to be Yankee fans, that find some way to disrupt your pleasure at the games. Each time I have gone to one of these games, there has always been a fight that ensues......not just fan blabber like "the Orioles suck!", but more personal stuff where fists start to fly. It is no big secret, yet the media never seems to mention this stuff happening at our wonderful ball park. I have noticed that the Oriole management makes a point to make an announcement about Baltimore fan behavior prior to each and every game. It's about time they add to that announcement and specifically ask visiting team fans to keep their bad conduct at home. There is nothing worse than spending a small fortune to take your grandchildren to a baseball game only to be subjected to morons that ought to be poster children for Planned Parenthood.

The Examiner article reports that Alexander was hit by a sharp object....."sucker punched", of course, ouside the ballpark. Naturally, when you are cut and bleeding, it makes sense to seek some help.....and that is exactly what Alexander tried to do. He sought help from a man with a badge, one of Baltimore's Finest! So how helpful was this police officer? Zero, zilch, nada, zippo, no help at all. It is reported that several witnesses saw the officer turn Alexander away. Alexander's sister said, according to the report, that the police officer "inside the gate at Camden Yards....told us he couldn't do anything because he was paid by the Orioles and it happened outside the stadium". Folks.........after reading this, you now have some idea as to why crime is a major problem in Batimore City. It was reported that a police spokesman Sterling Clifford said "I can't confirm that it even occurred" !!!!!!! Imagine that! Now there's a fine and thorough instrument of policedom! This same knucklehead reportedly said that generally speaking, police officers are supposed to handle crimes they see occurring outside the stadium, even though the Orioles reimburse police overtime pay for working at the games. Huh?

An Orioles spokesman Greg Bader, reportedly confirmed that the team knew of the altercation but that Alexander DID NOT APPEAR TO POLICE OR FIRST AID WORKERS TO BE "EXTREMELY INJURED"!!!!!!!!! Imagine that!...........now I have an entirely different feeling about attending Orioles' home games. I now know that there is some secret guidelines as to how severe an injury must be before authorities will act. This is bogosity to the third degree, folks.

Bader also passed the buck by suggesting to the reporter that he "call Sliders about their security".........WHAT?????..........private security as opposed to Baltimore's Finest?!!

Alexander, unable to get help from the "authorities" at Camden Yards, had to walk to the University Of Maryland Medical Center, where he recieved nine stitches for his head injury.

Let's get this all straight..........a baseball player gets beaned by a pitcher and he gets immediate medical attention.....but an Orioles fan gets cut up by a visiting team fan and he has to walk several blocks to a hospital??????

The Alexander family tried to complain to the Orioles but couldn't figure out "how to navigate the BUREAUCRACY of the Baltimore Police Department to file a formal police complaint." No kidding......I seriously believe that statement. Baltimore..........once a great city.....now reduced to useless police, indifferent Orioles management, and its citizens on their own to defend themselves.

My opinion...........fire each and every moron involved. Make an example of them. I doubt that will happen though.........but when you read how the attendance at Camden Yards ain't like it used to be.......you will know that it is not just because the Orioles have sucked for the last ten or so years.

About the police officer..........I was once told that a police officer is a police officer 24-7. There is allegedly no point in his life where he is not sworn to protect and serve his fellow citizens. I cannot blame a man for looking for some overtime pay, but since when is an officer allowed to wear his patrol uniform while on the job for a private enterprise if he is not going to be representing and protecting the citizens of this city? Stuff needs to change in this city, and it needs changing real soon. Is it any wonder why people tend to have more disrespect today for police than ever before. What was once an honorable career choice is now being reduced to the equivalent of a mall patrol. Police officers are paid by the citizens. You want a raise?....then start doing your jobs!

Its a good thing that Alexander wasn't in his car. That officer would have locked him up on the spot for being drunk and behind the wheel without a seatbelt.......jurisdiction or not.

Therefore, I have to dole out yet another bogosity award......and the choices I have are the Baltimore Police Officer, Orioles management, moronic Yankees fans, and the career politicians that intend to raise our taxes.

You gotta know that each and every one of the above will share this award today.
